Modules are the building blocks of every Te Whare-iti. Our set of standard modules are all the same width, which means they can be assembled in a range of configurations and adjusted to suit the site and client requirements.

The wide range of potential floor plans show some of the many connections and layouts possible. The flexible modular design enables you to customise the ideal floor plan to suit your site.
Material selections
We aim to source the majority of our materials from local Aotearoa providers. Minimising impact on the planet is a key ethos behind what we do and we aim to create homes that are healthy for you, your family, and the planet.
Process
We work closely with you to ensure the perfect design for your needs. We also take care of consenting and site preparation before the final transport and installation of your new home.
