Our three-step process
We provide a turnkey package that includes design, construction, and project management.
Step 1
Design and consent
We start by getting to know you and your vision for your home. Our architecturally designed modules can be arranged in many different configurations, meaning that we can achieve the best combination of modules for your site and budget. We take care of the necessary planning permissions.
Step 2
Offsite manufacture
Our construction team prefabricate the modules at our offsite manufacturing site in Porirua. We can complete the offsite construction work in nine weeks, making it a much more efficient process than traditional construction. While the offsite work is being completed we will also prepare your site with piles and services connections.
Step 3
Transport and installation
The final stage of the process is to install the modules on your site. Depending on your site access, we deliver your fully finished building by truck or crane each module into place when access is more challenging. Our team will spend around a month working onsite to attach the module, build any custom decking, and ensure all services are connected.
